At Tungku Bali Cooking Class, we would like to share some experiences to Balinese traditional cooking. Tungku Bali Cooking Class is an original Balinese cooking class that offers an opportunity to experience first-hand on how to cook authentic Balinese foods using finely selected local ingredients from local experienced chef.
The chef will
happily share some secrets of Balinese cooking experiences in an informal, relaxed, fun and friendly atmosphere.
The cooking venue is semi open with thatched-roof bamboo building overlooking lush vegetation and temple, located in famous GOA GAJAH TEMPLE.

Participants arrival at the Bebek Puri Suling Resto, then escorted by the team to a local traditional market nearby to select the ingredients for cooking class menu and to see the activities of Balinese during in the
Market.
09.30AM
Back to Bebek Puri Suling Resto. Welcome drinks, fresh cold towels or coffee/tea are served.
09.45AM
The cooking class starts, the Chef will explain the ingredients, spices, preparation, cooking method, cooking process and the food presentation. Participants are on hands on class assisted by the Chef.
12.20PM:
It is time to finally taste and enjoy your new favorite food that you have cooked yourself, bon appetite !!!
13.20PM:
End of session, we present the certificate and the secret recipes.
